Step 1. First remove two plum blossom screws at the bottom of the screen with the help of screwdriver.
Step 2. Use suction cup to absorb the screen and pull up slowly. Be attention, the place of putting suction cup should near the home button.
Step 3. When there are some gaps, insert stick or sheet to pull up the screen along with suction up. Be care of the flex cable, so you shouldn’t insert the stick too deep.
Step 4. Use lever or fingernails to remove the flex cable of HOME button.

Step 5. Disassemble the battery cover plate using the Phillips screwdriver. After that, remove the flex cable of battery with fingernails.
Step 6. Take apart the flex cable baffle of the screen.
Step 7. Use cowbar to remove screen flex cable.
